MOvember – Give That My MO May Gro

This year I have decided to take part in MOvember, a campaign to raise MOney and awareness for men’s health, prostate cancer research and depression problems in men. The idea behind it is that I grow a MOustache for your enjoyment, and you spin me some dollars to help raise this MOney. If you don’t usually go for campaigns like this, let me just show some numbers that may convince you that this is a worthy cause, and that it does raise significant aMOunts which all go toward the proMOtion of men’s health.

MOvember is a global MOvement, with over 1.9 million participants. Last year the campaign raised over $124m. From the MOvember website:

Since its humble beginnings in Melbourne, Australia, MOvember has grown to become a truly global MOvement inspiring MOre than 1.9 Million MO Bros and MO Sistas to participate in Australia, New Zealand, the US, Canada, the UK, South Africa, Ireland, Finland, the Netherlands, Spain, Denmark, Norway, Belgium and the Czech Republic. In addition, MOvember is aware of MO Bros and MO Sistas supporting the men’s health cause across the globe, from Russia to Dubai, Hong Kong to Antarctica, Rio de Janeiro to Mumbai, and everywhere in between.

We all know someone whose life has been affected by cancer. We also all know someone whose life has been affected by depression. This isn’t just about those people, this is about you, me, and our society. So please consider giving some MOney to this cause throughout the MOnth of MOvember, and watch over the next 22 days as my MO becomes MOnsterous! The MOre MOney, the better!
